  
The Blue & You Fitness Challenge (formerly the Arkansas Fitness Challenge) Employee
Fitness Contest Kit will help you coordinate an onsite employee fitness contest.
This Kit outlines steps from contest preparation and structure to execution and
evaluation — all in an effort to encourage improved employee and community
fitness. In addition to contest information, you will find ideas for promoting worksite
wellness throughout the year. The Kit is comprehensive, but you may pick and choose
the items most appropriate for your group.

The Kit was created by the Arkansas Department of Health and Arkansas Blue Cross
and Blue Shield.
Please note that all references in the Kit will be for the first Arkansas
Fitness Challenge (predecessor of the Blue & You Fitness Challenge) but remain valid
for your use.
